Miho Aragane

Miho Aragane is a Japanese multimedia artist and designer who recently completed her BDes (Stage and Screen) at Toi Whakaari: New Zealand Drama School in Te Whanganui-a-Tara/Wellington.

Her practice is shaped by a curiosity about human existence and its entanglement with the natural world. Drawing on her background in scenic design, Aragane creates immersive experiences that engage and transport audiences through space, materiality, and sensory encounter. Her work invites meditations of meaningful contemplation and fosters connections that are both intimate and expansive.
