Andrea Gardner

Andrea Gardner (b. California, USA) is a Whanganui-based artist working primarily in photography and mixed media sculpture. She holds a BFA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an MFA (Painting) from the University of Iowa. She has lived and undertaken residencies internationally, including in Germany and Mexico. Gardner’s work is held in public and private collections, including the Sarjeant Gallery and the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa.
