Nuё Ammann is a German artist and writer based in Dießen am Ammersee, Bavaria. In her practice, she combines text and object to create spatially staged ‘text installations’ that present aphorisms, poems, and analytical reflections. Ammann’s texts meander between poetry and philosophy.
Alongside her installation work, Ammann has written and directed plays and short films since the 1980s, extending her interest in narrative and language into performative forms. She completed her artistic training at the Hochschule für Gestaltung in Pforzheim, Germany and is currently completing a Master of Art Education at the University of Augsburg.
